An aggravated sexual abuse of a child case and bestiality has led to the arrest of Stephanie Weir, a 33-year-old woman from Tennessee.

The arrest comes after an extensive investigation of the aggravated sexual abuse of a child by the Memphis Police Department, triggered by a tip-off from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in May. Weir faces multiple charges, including two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of aggravated unlawful photographing of a minor, and one count of criminal offense against animals. One of the aggravated sexual abuse of a child charges is listed as “especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.” She is currently being held at Shelby County Jail on a bond set at $100,000. Upon obtaining a search warrant, detectives traced the account back to Stephanie Weir, uncovering even more aggravated sexual abuse of a child material saved within it. Among the flagged data were explicit images of a child in a vulnerable and nude pose. Local media outlets, including Memphis CBS affiliate WREG-TV and ABC affiliate WATN-TV, reported the shocking content found on Weir’s account, including videos depicting adults engaged in aggravated sexual abuse of a child and photographs of nude children in a sexual manner. Most disturbingly, one video allegedly showed Weir involved in a sexual act with her own dog.
