Having too much caffeine every day is not good for the health that’s why knowing where to draw the line is a must. Coffee addicts should know when and where to draw the line in order to not compromise their own health.

Coffee addicts, especially those with pre-existing health conditions, are the ones that should know more about where to draw the line. Knowing where to draw the line would be most beneficial to their already immune-compromised health.

Coffee drinkers with hypertension are more likely to die with cardiovascular diseases which is why knowing where to draw the line is much more important. High coffee consumption can also lead to dementia and stroke which justifies the knowledge of knowing when and where to draw the line in terms of caffeine intake.
