Arizonan Teacher Charged With Sexual Conduct With A Minor
A teacher from the Payson Unified School District was recently charged with sexual conduct with a minor. The charge of sexual conduct with a minor was a result of the investigation conducted by the school.
Miles Huff, the man charged with sexual conduct with a minor, was accused of such after the school received an anonymous tip. The charge of sexual conduct with a minor was due to his alleged inappropriate relationship with a former student.
Interviews of many witnesses and victims were made before the arrest of the teacher due to his charge of sexual conduct with a minor. Probable cause for his charge of sexual conduct with a minor was then made for his arrest.
According to a published article by FOX 10 Phoenix, it was Tuesday when the teacher was taken into custody and was also booked for jail due to his charge of sexual conduct with a minor. He was also scheduled to appear in court last Wednesday.
