According to a published article by CBS News, through the help of Artificial Intelligence, a hope for a retinal eye scan being a pre-screening tool for Parkinson’s Disease is discovered. The researchers from the University of College London were the ones who discovered this hope using a retinal eye scan.
7 Years Before Diagnosis
In a published article by Euro News, a recent study revealed that eye scans can detect Parkinson’s Disease way earlier. Seven years before a formal diagnosis for the said disease could be detected through eye scans was stated in the study.
