Police: A woman is accused of pulling an all-nighter in order to steal over $1,000 from a Newark bar.
According to reports, a woman has been accused of staying up all night while sleeping at a bar in Newark last Saturday. Additionally, she is also alleged to have stolen $1,052 during her stay.
Authorities are seeking assistance in identifying a woman who is believed to have been involved in a burglary. The suspect is described as a Black female with a medium build, and at the time of the incident, she was seen wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt adorned with MTV logos. Any information that could lead to her identification or whereabouts is greatly appreciated.
According to the authorities, the woman allegedly spent the night inside the bathroom of the Paraiso Bar on Orange Street before committing theft. She reportedly stole money from the cash register and also took around $200 to $300 from the bar’s lottery ticket machine before escaping through the basement between 8 to 9 in the morning.
