Two 14-year-olds and one 13-year-old were charged in connection to the three separate incidents.
Police on Friday arrested three teenagers who allegedly assaulted three Jewish people in Brooklyn last weekend in a string of separate incidents.
The New York Police Department told The Messenger that the teenagers initially attacked a man who was leaving a synagogue last Saturday afternoon in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Midwood. They allegedly threw blows at him as he walked home.
Then they allegedly attacked a 15-year-old boy who was walking down the street, kicking and punching him.
Just minutes later, they allegedly kicked a 27-year-old who was walking in the same neighborhood, police said.
All three sustained minor injuries but declined medical attention.
Two of the teenagers, who are both 14, received three counts of hate crime assault. The third teenager, 13, received two assault charges in connection with the incidents.
The three incidents are being investigated by the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force.
