HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a family disturbance at the Starwood Farms Townhomes where a woman was repeatedly stabbed by her adult son.
The incident occurred inside a unit at the apartment complex, where deputies discovered the injured woman and detained the suspect at the scene. Both the victim and the suspect sustained injuries during the altercation and were transported to the hospital, where they are reported to be in stable condition.
According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez via X, the woman was stabbed multiple times.
Witnesses are being interviewed to gather more details about the events leading up to the stabbing.
Authorities revealed that the residence has been the site of prior disturbances, with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the Houston Police Department previously arresting the same suspect for family violence-related offenses.
