Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Hope Osemwenkhae says New York City is experiencing the brunt of the storm with the steady rain and isolated downpours through 2 p.m. Flash flooding is likely.
Intermittent showers this afternoon (2-6 p.m.) with the strongest gusts expected. Downed tree limbs, branches and isolated power outages possible.
ROUND THREE: Another burst of heavy rain and gusty winds are expected this evening (after 6 p.m.) Rain will continue on and off through the overnight.
