On January 11, 2025, a collaborative operation involving Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reduction Unit, The Woodlands Patrol Division, Shenandoah Police Department officers, and retail theft investigators targeted retail theft in and around The Woodlands Mall.
During the operation, six individuals were arrested on various theft charges. The suspects have been identified as:
- 31-year-old Antiono Spruell from Houston, TX, charged with Felony Theft
- 46-year-old Lisa Andrews from Magnolia, TX, charged with Class B Theft
- 33-year-old Ashley Wolk from Houston, TX, charged with Class B Theft
- 48-year-old Marco Ramos from Spring, TX, charged with Class B Theft and an Aggravated Assault warrant from Massachusetts
- 28-year-old Yajaira Molina from Houston, TX, charged with Class C Theft
- A juvenile male charged with Class C Theft
Molina and the juvenile were issued citations and released on scene, while the other suspects were transported to Montgomery County Jail.
Additionally, law enforcement discovered that Spruell and Molina were connected to a multistate theft ring operating in both Texas and California. The operation resulted in the recovery of $2,850 worth of stolen merchandise, which was returned to the affected retailers.
