According to the witness’s account provided in Gina’s arrest report, Gina threatened Rebholz, stating, “I’ll put three in you if you don’t shut up.” The witness left the premises but returned to a horrifying scene, finding Rebholz fatally shot in the chest. Gina allegedly confessed to accidentally shooting her while playing with a firearm, subsequently placing her body in the attic. Records indicate that James Gina has a lengthy criminal history in Clark County dating back to 2002, including multiple domestic violence cases and convictions on five felonies.
