Around 2 pm authorities responded to a 911 call about the unidentified dead body inside a garbage bag at the street of East Elmhurst, Queens on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old Kyle Danielson was identified to be the dead body inside the garbage bag. Police are investigating in the house of the dead man and end up discovering another rotten body. According to the CBS NEWS police found the body of a 58-year-old woman. But still the reason behind the dead is unclear.

Authorities caught the man behind the death of the mother and son in Queens. He was the brother of Kyle Danielson, 40-year-old Roscoe Danielson.
Assistant chief Joseph Kenny said to the WNBC they have the search warrants to arrest the said suspect based on the surveillance camera.
The suspect was being held and has multiple charges waiting for him. The charges are as follows;
- weapon possession
- tampering evidence
- concealment of a corpse
