On January 16, 2025, around 9:30 PM, deputies from Constable Ryan Gable’s patrol responded to a report about two missing students from York Junior High School. The juveniles were located at 28325 Birnham Woods Dr. in Spring, TX, where deputies confirmed they were safe and unharmed. As a precaution, the students received medical attention.
Initial investigations suggest the students may have entered an unidentified white van driven by two males wearing masks, though this information has not yet been verified. Detectives are actively working to identify the van and its occupants. The case remains under investigation by Constable Gable’s Criminal Investigations Division.
The Montgomery County Pct. 3 Constable’s Office has stated there is no additional information suggesting a threat to public safety.
