Horndog ex-Hizzoner Bill de Blasio was spotted enjoying a heated make-out session with a mystery woman at the Big Apple’s Empire Rooftop bar Friday night, photos obtained exclusively by The Post show.
The 62-year-old former New York City mayor — who is separated from his wife Chirlane but reportedly still lives with her — and his “age appropriate” date couldn’t keep their hands off each other during the very public tryst that lasted at least three hours, said a snoop seated at a nearby table.
Sporting even darker dyed-brown locks than usual, a “touchy-feely” de Blasio spent much of the evening with his arms wrapped around the unidentified woman, according to the series of raunchy snaps taken at the West 63rd Street bar in Manhattan.
De Blasio, wearing a white dress shirt casually opened at the neck with his blue blazer folded up nearby, was spotted locking lips with his date for extended periods of time as they cozied up to each other on one of the bar’s couches — just feet from fellow diners, the witness said.
At one point, his lady friend could be seen resting her head on his shoulder as they came up for air from their repeated kissing.
The pair was so engrossed in the throes of passion that they even missed the cotton-candy sunset outside, the tipster said, adding that they appeared to be more like a couple than a fling.
The father of two, whose separation from his 68-year-old wife was announced in July, slurped back white wine in between smooching during the Friday night date.
Meanwhile, his companion, who was dressed in a blue and white dress, appeared to be enjoying cocktails.
They had at least three rounds over the course of the evening, the snoop said.
Despite their rampant PDAs, remarkably no one appeared to recognize the 6′ 5″ ex-mayor at the time, according to the bar-goer.
“No one here — none of my coworkers — know who Bill De Blasio is,” a server at the restaurant told The Post on Tuesday.
The worker said it isn’t the first time de Blasio and his mystery woman have surfaced at the rooftop cocktail lounge.
“They’re here at least three times a week,” the staffer said, adding the former mayor has previously been a regular. “It’s the same girl he’s with.
“She dresses very political-y too,” the worker said, suggesting the woman’s clothes were always professional, as if she worked in a government job.
“He’s always here, but no one even knows it’s him … And he’s always with her, but it’s new,” the server added of the pair’s appearance.
Neither de Blasio nor his estranged wife, Chirlane McCray, immediately responded to The Post on Tuesday about his public display of affection.
The former couple, who share two adult children, announced back in July that they were separating after almost 30 years of marriage.
In a New York Times sit-down interview, the pair said they planned to stay married and continue sharing their Park Slope, Brooklyn, home — even as they insisted they were excited to jump back into the dating pool.
