Deputies with Harris County Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office arrested Sammy Lee Kimble, 34, on Wednesday. Kimble, a career criminal with 28 arrests in Harris County, was wanted on felony warrants out of Dallas and New Mexico.
In addition to the warrants, Kimble is under investigation by Precinct 5 Parks investigators for a credit card abuse case, which may result in additional charges.
Kimble, currently on probation for a burglary and fraud case from July 2023, was previously sentenced by Judge Natalia Cornelio of the 351st Criminal District Court. His criminal history extends beyond Harris County to several Texas cities, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
Kimble is being held in the Harris County Jail, awaiting extradition to face charges in other jurisdictions.
