Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of an unidentified man found under the U.S. Highway 59 overpass at 4640 Main Street last Friday (Jan. 10) around 12:50 p.m.
According to HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Burrow and R. Watson, patrol officers and Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to a report of a person down at the location. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male unresponsive with at least one stab wound. Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
At this time, there is no description of a suspect, and the investigation remains ongoing.
