Three Arrested in Lewiston Drug Bust Including One Person From New York.
After an ongoing investigation, on Friday, September 1, 2023, the Lewiston Police Department’s Patrol Division and Crime Reduction Unit served a search warrant at 102 Pierce Street apartment #1.
This investigation was started in response to illegal drug sales taking place at the Pierce Street apartment.
During the search of the residence police found 106 grams of crack cocaine, 1.7 grams of fentanyl, various other prescription pills, a loaded handgun, and $1450 in suspected drug proceeds.
The investigation and search resulted in three people being arrested. Heather Christian, 49 of Lewiston was arrested on five separate felony theft warrants. Her bond was set at $1,100. Terry Higgans, 36 was renting the Pierce Street apartment and was charged with criminal conspiracy which is a Class C crime, and unlawful possession of cocaine which is a Class C crime. Her bail was set at $25,000. Bryan Cobb, aka “P”, 40 from Brooklyn, New York was charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs which is a Class A crime. His bail was set at $5,000.
Lewiston Police say they are working with prosecutors and additional charges are expected on the involved parties along with additional individuals.
