Immunity from prosecution is the request of Herbert Swilley after being suspected of killing his partner. The person who requested for immunity from prosecution stated that he will only participate to the investigation if his request is granted.
Herbert Swilley, the man who plead for an immunity from execution, is a long time partner of Timothy Floyd Smith. The man who asked from an immunity from prosecution has shared the sad news of his partner’s passing on the 25th of March.

Detectives sated that they have talked to Swilley but he later on denied to help, only if he is granted of immunity from prosecution.

In a published article by Fox News, Jordan Swilley, daughter of Herbert Swilley, has also become another person of interest in line with Timothy John Floyd’s brutal death. Jordan Swilley has also refused to talk to detectives.
