Cleveland Heights, Ohio — A woman was killed in a stabbing on Monday afternoon that began with a “altercation” at a Cleveland Heights home, according to police.
According to a Monday news release, police officers responded to the Helmsdale Road home shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16, after receiving reports of a woman being stabbed and gunshots.
According to the release, officers found three females, all of whom were critically injured, and transported them to local hospitals.
They later learned that one of the females, a 42-year-old woman, had died.
According to the release, preliminary findings indicate that the females were involved in a “altercation” at home.
According to the release, there were no suspects being sought as of Monday afternoon.
